Make this in a blender, the crust forms as it bakes. This is a custard pie.

1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. coconut if desired

Put everything in a blender and mix well. Pour into a buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees about 25-30 minutes (until custard sets). Serve cold.
