16 to 18 chicken wings Salt and pepper Oil Louisiana Hot Sauce Separate chicken wings at joint. Discard the very tip. Brown wing pieces in a little oil. Salt and pepper. When wings are nicely browned sprinkle on Louisiana Hot Sauce. Depending on how "hot" you desire the wings is how much hot sauce you use. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Can serve with sour cream on the side. |
