ROCKY ROAD PARFAITS 
1 pkg. (about 4 1/2 oz.) chocolate pudding and pie filling
1/2 c. marshmallow creme
2 tbsp. diced roasted almonds

Prepare pudding and pie filling as directed on package. Cool and chill. In each of 4 parfait glasses, alternate layers of pudding and marshmallow cream, beginning and ending with pudding. Chill at least 1/2 hour. Just before serving, sprinkle almonds on top. 4 servings.
