INSTRUCTORS COOL AND CREAMY
PARFAITS
 
2 bars chocolate-covered toffee candy
1 pkg. (sm.) butterscotch pudding & pie filling (instant)
2 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip

Put candy bars in refrigerator. Prepare pudding mix with milk as per package directions. Cover bowl with plastic wrap to prevent film from forming. Chill about 2 hours.

To serve, in each 8 ounce parfait or dessert dish, layer 1/2 cup pudding, 1/4 cup toffee bar, broken in small pieces, 1/2 cup Cool Whip, topping with 1/4 toffee bar pieces. Serve immediately or prepare ahead and keep refrigerated until serving. Makes 4 servings.
