“LOW-FAT BANANA BREAKFAST SHAKE” IS IN:

LOW-FAT BANANA BREAKFAST SHAKE 
1 1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 peeled and sliced medium banana, frozen
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
cinnamon, optional

In blender container, combine all ingredients except cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.

Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Makes 2 servings

The real reason I'm doing this so I can lose the weight. My weight is 260. Previous 281. Trying to lose the weight so I can't get much you fatter. My doctor is concerned about me. Now I need to count my weight down so I get better myself. Feeling good about myself. Thank you so much.
