CHICKEN STIR-FRY | |
2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans Hormel chunk chicken, drained 1 lg. red pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 tsp. corn starch 2 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. oil 2 cloves, finely chopped garlic 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger root 1 c. broccoli floweretts 1 1/2 c. pea pods Cooked rice or noodles prepared according to pkg. directions Toss first 4 ingredients plus 1 tablespoon oil in bowl. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet or work over high heat until hot. Add chicken mixture, garlic and ginger root, cover and cook and stir until chicken is heated. Add broccoli and pea pods. Cook and stir 4 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. |
