MEXICALI TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. ground cumin
4 c. tortilla chips
1 c. chopped tomato
Chi-Chi's Restaurant Style Taco sauce
1/4 c chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar of Chi-Chi's Restaurant Style sauce
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and cumin; cook until tender. Stir in salsa. Arrange chips on platter. Top with lettuce, meat mixture, tomato and cheese. Serve with taco sauce or sour cream. Makes 4 servings.
