BUTTER SHRIMP & PASTA 
3 c. cooked spaghetti (7 oz.)
3/4 c. Land-O-Lakes butter
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cocktail shrimp (1 1/2 lb. sm. shrimp), thawed & drained
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed tomatoes, uncooked
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Cook spaghetti and set aside. In large 3 quart saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add all ingredients except tomatoes and cheese; stir to blend. Cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti; stir to blend. Continue cooking over medium heat stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is heated, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat; add tomatoes. Cover and let stand 1 minute. Sprinkle with cheese. Yield 6 servings.
