SHRIMP BUTTER 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 1/2 oz. canned shrimp (whole)

Place cheese and butter in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high setting for 15 seconds or until cheese and butter are soft. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to mixture. Beat with spoon until well blended and fluffy. Stir in minced onion. Drain shrimp. Shred shrimp (this can be easily accomplished by firmly pressing shrimp with the back of a fork) and stir into cheese and butter mixture. Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers. 12 servings. Preparation time approximately 15 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers, if any.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
