CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 1/4 c. uncooked regular rice 4 chicken breasts 4 chicken thighs 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Mix soups, milk, and 2/3 stick butter and bring to a boil. In a 9x13 pan pour uncooked rice. Skin chicken and place into pan on top of rice. Pour soup over chicken and rice. Melt remaining butter; pour over soup, etc. Sprinkle dry onion soup package over top. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. |
