HOT DOG SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, cut fine
1/4 c. paprika
1 tsp. salt
Dash of dry mustard
1/3 lb. lard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chili powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Brown ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and 3 cups water. Simmer for 1 hour. Drain grease. Add 1 teaspoon flour to thicken. Freezes well.
