ALENE'S MIXED VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. almonds
Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables 5 minutes. Drain. Mix mayonnaise, soup, cheese and almonds. Add to vegetables. Pour into 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers moistened with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be fixed the day before.
