CROCK POT STEW BEEF 
1 to 2 lbs. stew beef
2 or 3 carrots, sliced
2 or 3 potatoes, chunked
2 sm. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. water

Place potatoes, carrots, onions, and meat in bottom of slow cooker. Combine Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and water. Pour over vegetables and meat and stir. Cook 10 or 12 hours.

Gravy: 2 or 3 hours before serving, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch (mixed in 1/2 cup cold water), and stir.
