BEEF STEW - CROCK POT | |
6 lg. potatoes, in pieces 8 lg. carrots, in pieces 3 lb. stew beef, in cubes 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. flour 8 chopped med. onions 1 tsp. salt 3 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. water 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce Place carrots and potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot. Top with meat. Sprinkle meat with soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper and flour. Spread chopped onions on the top. Mix broth and tomato sauce; pour over the top. Cook 7 hours auto, or 5 on high, or 9-11 on low. 6-8 servings. |
