STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 scant c. boiling water

Add strawberry Jello to boiling water. Stir and add frozen strawberries (partially thawed). Stir well and add 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (very thick). Pour into an 8"x8" pan and set. Serve like Jello or cut into 9 pieces and put on lettuce leaf. For a change, use raspberry Jello and raspberries.
