BEEF SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. inexpensive hamburger
5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick Salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. hickory smoked salt

1st day - Mix, cover and refrigerate.

2nd day - Mix, cover and refrigerate.

3rd day - Form into 5 rolls, place on broiler rack or pan. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300 degrees. Turn every 1/2 hour. It does not fall apart. It forms its own casing. It may be frozen after completely cooled.
