MEATBALLS AND GRAVY | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1/2 c. bread crumbs Form into meatballs and brown in oil in skillet. After browning, drain all grease from skillet. Add 1 can mushroom soup, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 25 minutes. If it needs, add a little more water. Serve over hot noodles. |
