MEATBALLS AND MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2 eggs
3 lbs. ground beef
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Add eggs and onion soup to ground beef. Brown in non-stick skillet until balls are all brown. Make balls about 1-inch around. Put browned balls in roaster pan or large baking dish. Mix mushroom soup and water in large bowl and pour over meatballs. Add salt and pepper if desired. Remember the soups have a lot of salt already in them. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over rice or noodles.
