CAJUN BEAN SALAD 
1 can (16 oz.) pork & beans in tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours, until ready to serve.
