CAJUN BEANS AND RICE 
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 (16 oz.) can Van Camp's pork and beans
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. crumbled, cooked bacon (5-6 slices)
Sliced green onions (optional)

Combine first 4 ingredients in 1 quart microwaveable casserole. Microwave on high 4-6 minutes or until heated through. Stir in 1/4 cup bacon top with remaining bacon. if desired, garnish with sliced green onions. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
