PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. top round steak
2 large green peppers
2 onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 fresh tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin, ground
salt and pepper

Cut round steak into long strips. Cut green peppers into strips. Cut tomatoes into quarters. Lightly brown the meat in oil; add peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes and cumin, then salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
