BUTTERMILK PIES 
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
pinch of salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. buttermilk

Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Add beaten egg yolks, melted butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
