BUTTERMILK PIE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 whipped eggs
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar and flour. Add eggs, butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into deep-dish pie crust.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours. Pie is done when small knife inserted in pie comes out clean.
