BUTTERMILK COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut

Beat eggs; add sugar, buttermilk, butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in coconut. Pour in unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 325°F until golden brown. Approximately 45 minutes.
