TORTILINI SOUP 
lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 c. onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
5 c. water
5 beef bouillon
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. zucchini (sliced thin)
1 pkg. tortelini
Parmesan cheese, optional for topping

Fry first 3 ingredients together. Drain grease. In soup pot combine Italian sausage and remaining ingredients. Cook until zucchini is tender. Then add tortelini. You may add more water to thin to your liking.
