1 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
6 c. Rice Krispies
1 heaping c. peanut butter

Cook corn syrup and sugar until it boils. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, peanuts and cereal. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Cook topping ingredients, except chocolate chips, to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Spread on top of cereal mixture. Cut into small squares.
