1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

PART ONE:

1/4 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream together.

PART TWO:

3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix together in large bowl. Combine Part 1 and 2; mix well. Layer in large bowl, starting with crushed cookies ending with cookies on top. Refrigerate overnight, if possible.
