PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon pepper

Pour soup in pressure cooker. Mix other 5 ingredients together. Form into balls (slightly smaller than golf balls). Place into tomato soup. Cover the pressure cooker. When pressure regulator attains a gentle rocking motion turn burner down to medium-low. Cook for 15 minutes. (4 servings.) (You may cook in a regular large pan for 40 minutes. You may also need to add 1 c. water to soup.)
