PORCUPINE MEATBALL 
1 can Tomato Soup
1/2 C uncooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix soup with one soup can of water. Combine rice, ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and Tbsp of soup, mix well. Form into balls. Cook first, then place in casserole dish, cover with remaining soup.

Bake covered at 350°F.
