EMERALD SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 can pineapple, crushed or chunks
1 c. nuts
1 can fruit cocktail

Dissolve gelatin in cup of hot water. Blend cream cheese. Add juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail. Beat until foamy. Chill until thickens. Fold in fruit and nuts. Chill until firm.
