DOLMA MIXTURE 
1 lb. ground beef or lamb
2 med. onions chopped fine
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1/4 lb. washed rice
Few sprigs chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl by hand. (Precook ingredients before mixing together.) Vegetables commonly used for dolma are tomatoes, green peppers, zucchini squash, cabbage leaves, grape leaves and eggplant. Dig out center of peppers and tomatoes or cut eggplant in half and scoop out middle. Stuff the vegetables with mixture. Cover with tomato sauce and cook in oven at 325 degrees until done.
