CHICKEN BOOYAH 
Chicken
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. diced carrots
Med. onion, diced

Cook 1 chicken in 2 quarts of water and 1 tablespoon salt until tender. When chicken is done, remove from broth and put in vegetables.

Meanwhile remove chicken from bones and cut into small pieces. When vegetables are done add chicken, 1 large or 2 regular cans tomato soup and 1 can of peas. Heat and season to taste.
