2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
24 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. Hershey bar, grated
3 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In another bowl, blend flour and oatmeal in small amounts in blender until powder. Add salt, soda, and powder; mix together. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar, and nuts.

Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Yields 108 large cookies.
