EASY BEEF BURGUNDY | |
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes 1 tbsp. oil 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1/3 c. burgundy wine Brown meat in oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in oven proof pan, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with rice or egg noodles. |
