ECLAIR DESSERT 
1 box graham crackers
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. chocolate frosting mix (or 1 can prepared chocolate frosting)

Lightly butter a 9x13 inch pan. Line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding using only 3 1/2 cups milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 the pudding mixture over crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers. Top with rest of pudding. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Cover with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 12 servings.
