WEEQUAHIC DINER SALAD 
Easy and delicious!

1 head of cabbage (2 lbs.)
1 carrot, grated
1 cucumber, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
1 onion, cut in rings
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper

Combine first 5 items. Combine last 6 items in jar and shake. Mix liquid with dry ingredients. Put in tight container. Refrigerate.

Note: Best if sits several hours or overnight before eating. Keep refrigerated.
