1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1 slightly beaten egg white
1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. Cheddar
Honey mustard

Unroll dough so it lies flat. Use a rolling pin to roll into a 14x10 rectangle. Use a 1 to 1 1/2 inch cutter. (Star shaped will make about 50 stars.) Transfer to ungreased baking sheet. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Slice cheese 1/4 inch thick. Cut with a moon shaped cutter. Will make about 30 half moons. Serve together with mustard.
