STRAWBERRY PRETZELS CHEESECAKE 
2 1/4 c. broken pretzels
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling pineapple juice or water
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix pretzels and butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Dissolve the Jello in the boiling pineapple juice (or water). Add strawberries. Let set until it begins to jell.

Mix sugar and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip. Pour mixture over pretzels. Pour strawberry mixture over this. Chill 1 hour before serving.
