SISTER DOLORINE'S COFFEE CRUMB
CAKE
 
BATTER:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients until smooth.

CRUMBS:

2 1/2 sticks butter
3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Approximately 2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all crumb ingredients thoroughly with hands until they look real crumbly.

Put the batter in a large flat pan with a lip on it. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
