FAYE'S POTATO SALAD 
6 or 8 med. size potatoes, boiled until tender
2 boiled eggs, cooked 3 minutes
5 sm. chopped sweet pickles
1 med. onion, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped

DRESSING:

Mix (Measured to taste) : 1 tsp. mustard 1 can evaporated milk 1 tbsp. sugar Salt & pepper Vinegar

Cook potatoes until boiled tender. Cool. Cook eggs. Let get cold. Combine potatoes and boiled eggs with next 3 ingredients and mix well. Mix all dressing ingredients together. Taste for proper seasoning. Pour over potato and egg mixture. Stir and serve. Serves 10 to 12 people.
