1 c. Crisco
1 stick butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Cream Crisco and butter. Add sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. alternate adding dry ingredients with milk, ending with dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
