DUSTY'S CHILI | |
4 cans chili hot beans 2 lbs. ground beef 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 tsp. chili powder Some tamales (optional) 3 cans tomato soup Some chopped onions and peppers 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. cumin Salt Brown your ground beef in a large skillet. Drain grease. Cook in onion and spices with about 1 cup of water. Simmer for a little while. Dump the meat and spices into a good sized kettle and mix in the beans and soup. Cook on low heat until its ready. You can heat the tamales separately or just put them in the pot with everything else. If you like more meat or beans, just add them in as you go. Spice up or down according to your taste. This is real good with cornbread, but crackers will do. |
