MEATY CHILI WITH BEANS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 drops hot sauce

Combine ground beef, onion, celery and garlic in a Dutch oven. Cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently. Yield: about 8 cups.
