QUICK CHILI 
2 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
3 tsp. ground cumin
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 (#303) cans Bush hot chili beans
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup

Cook ground beef in dry Dutch oven until beef is cooked and breaks up in small pieces; add chopped onion, garlic and seasonings. Cook until onions blanch. Add beans and tomato soup and 3 to 4 cups of water. Bring to rapid boil. then reduce heat to simmer. Cook over low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
