TANGY BEEF BARBECUE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper

Melt butter in skillet. Add onions. Cook over medium heat until soft about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, cook until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Add ketchup, water, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Good on hamburger rolls.
