BAKED PINEAPPLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/3 c. butter

Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Take 1 tube of Ritz crackers and crush into crumbs. Mix crumbs with 1/3 cup butter. Sprinkle over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir in topping before serving. Goes great with ham.
