CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM SOUP 
Use either whole chicken cut in serving pieces, or frozen breast and/or thighs. Place chicken in baking dish, skin side up. Mix 1 can mushroom soup with one can water and pour over chicken. Salt chicken before putting it in dish. Cover dish with foil. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven, 30 minutes; turn down oven to 350 degrees and continue to cook 45 minutes. Remove foil the last 15 minutes to brown chicken. Can be cooked for 1 longer period of time with oven turned low.
