CHICKEN & MUSHROOM SOUP 
Whole chicken, cut up
1/4 c. salad oil
2 cans mushroom soup

Brown chicken in salad oil. Place browned chicken in baking dish and top with condensed soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Soup makes gravy for rice or potatoes. You may add additional soup and chicken for larger crowds.
