POTATO BROCCOLI SOUP 
5 med. potatoes, diced
1 c. sliced onions
2 c. water
1 c. chopped broccoli (more if desired)
2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
Salt, pepper, celery powder/salt to taste

Bring water, potatoes and onions to a boil in large pot. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to cook until vegetables are tender. Add milk and parsley. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Season to taste and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
