CORN PUDDING 
1 can shoe peg corn (white)
1 pt. milk (corn can full)
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 stick butter, melted

Mix sugar and flour; add to beaten eggs. Melt butter in pan to be used; stir in egg mixture. Add corn. Stir in milk last. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Use a shallow pan.
